There are several names for this game, but I call it 7531 because it's usually played with four rows consisting of seven, five, three, and one game pieces. The pieces can be any objects, and you can play with any number of rows and any number of pieces in each row. But usually it's 7, 5, 3, and 1. The game can also be played without physical game pieces, by simply starting with the number 7531 and reducing one digit at a time instead of taking pieces from one row at a time.
